GetSwift adds Stanley Pierre-Louis as non-executive, independent chair

KUALA LUMPUR, May 31 (Bernama) -- GetSwift Limited (GetSwift), a leading provider of SaaS logistics technology has appointed Stanley Pierre-Louis as non-executive, independent chair to its board of directors.
Pierre-Louis brings over 23 years of experience leading, advising and governing private and public companies with particular focus on technology and intellectual property issues, according to a statement.

“We are thrilled to add such an accomplished professional to lead a majority independent board. We look forward to working together to continue growing GetSwift over the coming years for the benefit of all shareholders,” said chief executive officer (CEO) and executive director, Bane Hunter.

Pierre-Louis currently serves as CEO of the Entertainment Software Association (ESA) based in Washington, D.C. Prior to joining ESA, he served as senior vice-president and associate general counsel for intellectual property at Viacom.
