KUALA LUMPUR, May 8 (Bernama) -- Advantest Corporation, a leading semiconductor test equipment supplier will open its 13th annual VOICE Developer Conference on May 14 and 15 at Scottsdale, Arizona, and in Singapore on May 23.
The conference will help members of the international semiconductor community stay on the leading edge and improve the efficiency and cost effectiveness of IC testing, according to a statement.
It will also offer networking events in both locations to give attendees an opportunity to conduct in-depth discussions on a broad range of current IC test solutions and the future of test.
This year, the programme will focus on crucial topics in the automatic test equipment industry, including Internet of Things, hardware and software design integration, test methodologies, and device/system-level test, among others.
Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from Advantest R&D engineers and technology experts during the Technology Kiosk Showcase and new Advantest Technology Panel Discussion on May 14 in Scottsdale.
Meanwhile in Singapore, the event will feature a full slate of technical presentations as well as a keynote speech by Anagram Group co-founder, Mark Stuart, who will discuss the hot topic of ‘Industry 4.0: Preparing for the Future of Work’.
