Cramer is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in corporate leadership, commercialisation, sales and marketing management.
Before this, he was president and CEO of several global medical device and diagnostic companies including Accriva Diagnostics, Novasys Medical and Bacchus Vascular Inc.
During his tenure at the helm of Accriva, Cramer led the company’s expansion and oversaw its US$380 million acquisition by Werfen in January 2017.
“He has a proven track record of developing products and expanding services at global medical device and diagnostic companies, as exemplified by his work at Accriva,” said DDC board of directors chairperson, Lori Marcus.
“The board of directors and I welcome him to the team and look forward to working with him as we advance our corporate efforts to grow the business,” she added.
