KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 10 -- Cloudflare Inc has launched Cloudflare for Teams™, a set of solutions that will secure corporations and their employees globally, without sacrificing performance.
Cloudflare for Teams is centered around two core products, namely, Cloudflare Access™ and Cloudflare Gateway™, according to a statement.
“Employees need to access their applications quickly and securely, browse the public Internet without threatening company security, and be able to do all of this, no matter where they are. Cloudflare for Teams gives companies and their employees a better way to do work, without added inconvenience,” said Cloudflare co-founder and chief executive officer, Matthew Prince.
Cloudflare Access is a Zero Trust identity and access management solution that secures, authenticates and monitors user access to ensure that employees and devices are who they say they are.
The security, performance and reliability company is working with identity providers, including Okta, OneLogin and Ping Identity, as well as works with major endpoint security providers to ensure users’ devices accessing applications have the latest protections and updates.
Meanwhile, Cloudflare Gateway is a new solution that will secure and filter outbound Internet traffic to protect employees from threats on the public Internet. It will also ensure that Internet-browsing employees do not bring malware or vulnerable code into the organisation.
Gateway will replace firewall appliances in offices, negate the need for new hardware, eliminate expensive MPLS fees and deliver anti-malware scanning and software closer to the user, stopping threats before they hit the network.

Willis Lease Finance Corporation orders up to 60 CFM LEAP engines
KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 9 -- Willis Lease Finance Corporation has placed an order with CFM International for up to 60 LEAP engines with a value of nearly US$900 million at list prices. (US$1 = RM4.09)
This includes both firm and option orders for LEAP-1A and LEAP-1B engines, which the Company will use to support its customers operating Airbus A320neo and Boeing 737 MAX aircraft.
According to a statement, these newly-ordered engines will begin delivering this year and add to the eight LEAP engines the Company currently owns.
“As we have said before, our customers continue to express their preference to borrow spare engines when they’re needed, rather than owning a large number of engines that will generally be under-utilised,” said chairman and chief executive officer, Charles F. Willis.
“This preference has supported utilisation of the LEAP engines we already own, and we believe our ConstantAccess programme, among others, will continue to drive efficiency, and thus value, for our customers.
