IIBA, UST Global to focus knowledge sharing on digital transformation

KUALA LUMPUR, May 14 (Bernama) -- The International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) and UST Global, a leading digital technology services company signed memorandum of understanding (MOU) to focus knowledge sharing on digital transformation.

Managing director for India, APAC & Global Thought Leader at IIBA, Ashish Mehta said the company played an important role in helping right-skill business analysis professionals with the capabilities organizations need to succeed and they can do this by providing learning opportunities and thought leadership content.

IIBA and UST Global in California, USA will collaborate to drive discussion within the business analysis community, through published content that shares bold ideas on digital transformation including artificial intelligence (AI), robotic process automation (RPA) and blockchain, a statement said.

"We are happy to join hands with IIBA and look forward to contributing to the BA community worldwide. We are confident that this MoU will lead us to a stronger collaboration and larger initiatives in the future," said global head for Development Center Operations, UST Global, Sunil Balakrishnan.

Both companies will publish a collection of content pieces including point of view whitepapers, case studies and webinars on a host of digital opportunities to help the business analysis community learn best practices to be successful in the digital world.
